This design was inspired by a session where a party member would roll natural one after natural one, eventually being reduced to zero hit points and falling unconscious. When he rolled his last natural one, he literally said: “well okay than, guess I’ll die.” His character and that session are forever immortalized here as an ode to the player’s plight.
